DRAPLINE's battles are planning puzzles disguised as damage races. The forecast is information; cooldowns are the cost of acting on it.
Version 1.0 Independent strategy archive
A practical, spoiler-aware field guide to DRAPLINE's year-long training loop, 200+ skills, and 25 possible futures.
No wasted weeks
DRAPLINE rewards commitment more than perfect knowledge. Pick a damage plan, protect its engine, and let the run teach you the rest.
Punch? Build STR. Spark? Build INT. Do not pay for two damage engines before one works.
Each meaningful action spends a week. Decide whether today fixes damage, survival, money, or access—never “all of the above.”
Start with four battle skills. Cover damage, defense, recovery, and a flexible answer; a strongly RULE-aligned event may unlock a fifth slot.
Enemies telegraph their next move. Defend the dangerous turn, then spend your strongest cooldown into the opening.
